- projects based on close consultation with stakeholders and an excellent understanding of the technology_

- IST remit includes selection, implementation and support of production and process control systems (PCS), PCS and_
- data standards, servers and network, cybersecurity, for both stand‐alone projects and technology components of_
- large projects such as new plants and expansions. As well as supporting end users with required hardware and_
- software, networking and user support._

**About the Role**
This newly created role will be vital to the new IST Project Support Team, reporting to the Chief
Information Officer. This role will:

- Be part of the IST Project Support team, compromises of Change Management, Project
Management and IST business analysis. This team supports a large number of internal and
external IST projects.
- Appeal to an experienced project management practitioner wanting an opportunity to further
develop the project management strategy and framework to be used within IST.
- Be responsible for IST project portfolio management. Oversee and support the delivery of projects
utilising project planning, project monitoring and reporting skills.
- Implement enhancements and extensions for IST project management systems and processes.
- Manage a small team of project managers.
- This role is based in Perth, however, flexibility is required to spend some time at Site in

Greenbushes if a business need arises.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 10 or more years’ experience project management experience in software projects, or PCS or IT

projects.
- Proven analytical approach and demonstrated high‐level organisational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Conceptual understanding of software and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Tertiary qualification in an applicable field
- Recognised project management practitioner certification
