**Trainee Jewellery Sales Assistant (Certificate III)**

**Location**: Collins Jeweller

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time **Salary**: $20-$25 per hour

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Trainee Jewellery Sales Assistant** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have an interest in jewellery and a desire to develop their retail sales and customer service skills. Retail experience is preffered but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences and needs.
- Provide product knowledge and advice on materials, gemstones, and designs.
- Learn about jewellery trends, collections, and brand history to enhance customer interactions.
- Maintain the presentation of jewellery displays and ensure a clean, organised store environment.
- Handle basic sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving, counting, and arranging jewellery items.
- Support marketing and promotional activities within the store.
- Develop skills in after-sales care, including jewellery cleaning and minor repairs.
