**As a Teaching Fellow you will**:

- Collaborate with academic staff from the Collaborative Practice Curriculum team, diverse disciplines, and learning developers to co-create and deliver materials that are authentic, inclusive, and pedagogically sound.
- Review and evaluate existing Collaborative Practice Curriculum case studies and their delivery methods, ensuring alignment with current best practices, learner needs, and interprofessional education goals, particularly in the context of mental health, alcohol, and other drugs.
- Design and write high-quality, evidence-informed interprofessional education case studies, with a particular focus on mental health, alcohol and other drugs, that reflect real-world interprofessional challenges across a range of health and social care disciplines.
- Ensure adaptability of case study materials for various teaching formats, including in-person workshops, online modules, and simulation-based learning.
- Prepare summary reports, documentation, or presentations as needed to communicate the development process, outcomes, and impact of the case study materials.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A bachelor degree or higher in an accredited health profession field including Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience in the mental health sector, within the last five years
- Demonstrated experience in developing, leading, or participating in interprofessional education programs or initiatives across health and/or social care disciplines.
- Strong understanding of interprofessional education pedagogical frameworks and collaborative practice competencies.
- Demonstrated experience working with university health profession students in teaching, supervision, mentoring, or curriculum development, with an understanding of their learning needs and the clinical and academic contexts in which they train.
