Bartender at Newly Opened Restaurant

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our newly opened Restaurant Fish Face, located in the heart of Balgowlah.

As a member of our team, you will have a strong Customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks in an busy environment

What you'll be doing:

- Have full knowledge of our beverage list and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Create cocktails
- Serve beer, wine, champagne and spirits
- Ensure the bar is stocked at all times
- Setup/close the bar
- Maintain the bar area cleanliness
- Accurately open and/or cash-up and print reports
