Gym Attendant

**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a **Full-Time Gym Attendant / Lifeguard**to join our team at a premier facility in Paddington, NSW. This dual role is perfect for individuals passionate about fitness, safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee gym operations, assist members, and ensure a safe pool environment.

**Hours**
This role involves early starts and varied finish times from Monday to Friday, providing consistent working hours while supporting the facility’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the gym and pool areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as required, including lifeguard duties.
- Assist members with equipment usage and provide fitness guidance.
- Conduct regular safety checks of equipment, facilities, and pool.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards, including routine cleaning of gym and pool areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.

**About You**
- Current and valid **Lifeguard Certification**(including Pool Lifeguard Certificate).
- Current **First Aid Certificate**and **CPR Certification**.
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness to perform lifeguard duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours that align with the facility’s operational needs.
