Social Pinpoint is looking for a true HR all-rounder to join our global SaaS business and make this role their own. As the first person to join our HR team, this role would be suited to someone hands-on with the ambition to grow into an HR Manager.

**About the role**

We are in search of a hands-on HR Administrator to join us, reporting directly to the COO. You would be responsible for building our HR function across the organisation and driving a number of people-based projects.

You will undertake all people administration activities within the employment life cycle and you will work closely with the Executive Team to implement key strategic planning decisions and facilitate engagement with Employees.

Your ability to engage the interest and passion of the team as well as the wider organisation will allow you to drive the day-to-day HR activities as well as the rollout of the strategic requirements. You would be tasked in identifying and implementing ideas to continuously improve the company culture across our global organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and perform a broad range of administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle (we currently have 3 offices across Australia and a number of remote employees in the USA and Philippines)
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity within agreed timeframes
- Providing and analysing workforce data for the purpose of advising the business, improving performance, addressing issues and identifying trends
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Modelling the required behaviours, culture, environment, systems and processes necessary to embed standards, behaviours and practices consistent with our values, work health and safety, policy and legislative requirements and goals

**Key experience and skills required**
- **Essential**_
- Prior experience in a comparable role and relevant tertiary qualifications in HR
- A thorough understanding of the HR administrative processes.
- Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect, and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- **Desirable**_
- Prior HR experience in a start-up or tech company
- Experience in collaborating with senior leaders to assess future talent needs and build talent pipelines
- Knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and best practice

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
