We hire for cultural fit, and would love to have a chat with you if you feel the list below applies to you: **To be successful in these positions you should possess the following attributes**: - Minimum 2 years current or previous management experience is required with references - Proven excellence in leadership in or outside the workplace - Demonstrated people skills - Dynamic, results driven and enjoy achieving targets. - Can show your prior self-motivated and ability to self-start - Confident and well spoken - Thrive on working in a fast paced, team environment - Honesty and Integrity - Strong work ethic Responsibilities include: - Taking "ownership" of the store  - Responsible for staff rostering, training, and development - Exceeding expectations in Customer Service - Ensuring profitability of the business - Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers - Demonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the role - Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time - Managing employee performance - Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers and stakeholders - Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balance - WH&S and Food Safety Compliance - Product ordering and stock control - A passion for the Zarraffa's Coffee brand The positions are full time 38 hours per week. Seven-day flexibility is required including weekends.  **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Flexible hours - Morning shift - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Sunshine Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Experience**: - Management: 2 years (required) - Barista: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - CPR Certification (preferred) - First Aid Certification (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
