Multimedia Designer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **talented Multimedia Designer** to support our growing beauty product range. This role encompasses the full creative process—from concept to market-ready packaging design. You will collaborate with our product development and design teams to create **innovative packaging** that aligns with **Jamesly’s premium standards** and **global market trends**.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Designing **product packaging** with a focus on **beauty** and **lifestyle** products.
- Managing the **end-to-end design process**, including **concept development**, **product art specifications**, and **final artwork preparation** for production.
- Collaborating with international suppliers to ensure **print-ready files** and overseeing the packaging **production process**.
- Demonstrating expertise in **printing techniques**, **die-lines**, and packaging construction.
- Ensuring designs align with **brand guidelines** while pushing creative boundaries to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Balancing multiple projects in a **fast-paced environment**, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining **high-quality output**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years of experience** in **graphic design**, ideally with a focus on **beauty or fashion** packaging and product design.
- Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong experience managing **artwork files**, with knowledge of **pre-press**, **Pantone color systems**, and **printing processes**.
- A strong **eye for detail** and the ability to manage **multiple projects** at different stages of the production process.
- Experience working with **packaging design** and an understanding of **die-lines** and **packaging construction**.
- Excellent **communication skills**, with the ability to liaise with both **customers** and **manufacturers**.
- Ability to work **independently**, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to life under tight deadlines.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
