We are now seeking an experienced **Landscape Construction Supervisor** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and supervise a team of Landscapers ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure project alignment.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction with a proven track record in project supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings.
- Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery.
- Valid driver's license.
- Permanent residency in Australia, with an intention to reside in the country for at least two years.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Relevant certifications in horticulture or landscape construction.
- Experience in managing residential landscape projects
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.

Pay: $71,924.69 - $110,971.54 per year
