Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use INNERGY’s ERP system. This includes setting clear expectations and milestones and tracking progress through the onboarding timeline.
- Introduce educational opportunities into the onboarding process, helping clients to not only implement INNERGY but also to gain the industry knowledge necessary to drive profitability. Conduct training sessions on specific concepts to ensure clients understand how to maximize the software's benefits.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor the health of each client’s onboarding process. Identify potential roadblocks or challenges early and proactively address them to keep the onboarding process on track.
- Encourage and motivate clients to stay engaged with the onboarding and training activities. This includes fostering strong relationships and ensuring that clients’ employees adopt new behaviors and processes as required.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on their progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure that all client interactions are documented, and that information is shared across relevant teams.
- Address challenges that may arise, such as clients not dedicating enough time to onboarding activities or resistance to change within their organization. Develop and implement strategies to overcome these obstacles.
- Collect feedback from clients throughout the onboarding process to improve and refine our onboarding strategies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in onboarding, client success, or a related field, preferably in software, ERP systems, or the architectural millwork industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to use data to track progress and identify potential issues.
- Experience in motivating and influencing clients to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in conducting training sessions and educating clients on software and industry-specific concepts.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and adapt strategies as needed.
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and deadline driven
- Innovative and pragmatic thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork-oriented with collaboration skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively and work congenially in a small, remote office environment

We believe this role will be able to make an impact towards the INNERGY goals almost immediately upon being hired. There is a ramp up time to understand the industry and the problems it faces. You can expect the following support structure upon being hired:

- Comprehensive walkthroughs of the INNERGY Solution with the Team.
- Onboarding Plan, document, and Continuous Improvement Roadmap.
- Regular review cycles.

Position requirements:

- Ability to travel for maximum of one week at a time. (Weekend travel might be required during conventions and shows.) Your position is not expected to require a significant amount of travel, but we expect that you might be on the road up to 10% of your time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and work/look at a monitor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 45lbs or less.

- Two widescreen monitors
- External USB web camera & high-quality microphone (if required)
- Other hardware as needed and approved by the company to perform your work effectively
