Join the Talent Acquisition Team in the existing recruitment team and manage your own fast-paced and varied portfolio.

This full-time role is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake.

You will be provided with your own LinkedIn Recruiter licence to enable you a consultative and collaborative approach with the business to deliver innovative end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet the bespoke needs across all TLC brands in:

- Aged Care
- Medical Centres
- Health Clubs
- Early Learning Centres
- Supplies & Distribution
- Corporate
- Learning (RTO)

You will thrive in this fast-paced, autonomous, agile role and have demonstrated resilience in juggling competing priorities with comfort.

What you’ll be doing
- Utilise existing and develop new creative sourcing channels
- Manage recruitment processes:

- talent attraction (advertisement drafting, posting)
- shortlisting and phone screening
- coordinating interviews
- reference checking
- placement
- Surge projects
- Assist the broader HR team as required
