**Your Role**:

- Identify and qualify asset finance opportunities for both consumer and commercial clients.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to align clients with optimal finance solutions.
- Research and present competitive finance options.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in asset finance or a related sales/finance role.
- Proven success in securing asset finance arrangements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of asset finance solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-energy team.
- Passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
