Stellar Early Learning & Kindergarten is a new Child Care Centre in a beautifully refurbished building in downtown Strathpine (7 min walk to Strathpine Train Station and Strathpine Shopping Centre). Family owned and operated, Stellar Early Learning & Kindergarten is a culturally diverse, inclusive Centre that ensures children's wellbeing and education is at the forefront of everything we do.

We are very excited to be recruiting for an amazing Lead Educator to join our team as our occupancy is growing

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- We are looking for a Lead Educator who exudes passion for education, who genuinely loves and cares for children (of all abilities and backgrounds), who is warm, gentle and flexible but also knows the importance of boundaries and routine
- We are looking for a Lead Educator to nurture and take pride in their classroom, and who wants to be part of a small team and support other Educators
- We are looking for a Lead Educator who is excited to try new things, and who comes to us regularly with ideas of how to grow and extend on our program and improve our children's learning outcomes and environment
- We are looking for a Lead Educator who is energetic and excited to come to 'work' everyday....and who couldn't possibly live without educating young children

**WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?**
- 3hrs non contact time each week for programming and learning observations
