We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and has a flexible and positive attitude to join our diverse and collaborative team in our Geelong office.
**What will your typical week look like?**
- Complete tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure completion of tasks, within required timelines
- Ensure all client related tasks in their local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards
- Attend to client tasks within the Beginner skill set
- Provide support to the Client Services team as required
- Responsible for file creation and management to support Adviser Support requirements
- Database entry and management, as directed
- General ad-hoc administrative support to as required such as printing, filing or scanning

You are someone with:
- 3+ Years of Administration experience
- Great time management
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task and adaptable to change
- Work well as a collaborative member of a team
- We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is willing to go that extra mile.
- Excellent Attention to detail is essential
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with our clients is essential.
- Be competent in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and some excel.
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- A genuine team player attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
