**Job Description**:
A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for a In Work Support Consultant
You will support a caseload of clients with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage to build better working lives. This could include check-in's to make sure clients are happy with their new job, supporting their employer and obtaining pay slips to track outcomes.
- Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted at least fortnightly;
- Assist with management of claims;
- Supporting clients at anywhere and anytime (work site, outside of Business hours) if needed.
- Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate; and
- Tracking all placements and maintaining an up to date records;
- Provide on the job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment

We are looking for a result focused individual, who has a real passion for helping people achieve their goals.
What you need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced administration environment;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI's; and
- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
