**The Opportunity**:
Unleash Your Expertise Seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager for Used Equipment**. Lead sales and support across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania as our Southern Region Specialist.

The purpose of the role is to support sales and marketing of used equipment regionally by working with our Customers and the Regional Account Management & Branch network whilst delivering the highest possible level of internal and external Customer Service.

**Role Located**: West Melbourne

**What we are looking for**:

- Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and products
- Proven sales ability in earthmoving or mining equipment industry
- Positive and ethical work attitude
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken
- Strong negotiation skills
- A team player who can support and mentor existing sales teams
