About the role
As our Operations Manager - PEP, you will lead the PEP Specialist and Post Education teams to deliver high-quality, member-focused programs. You’ll manage program operations, budgets, communications, and stakeholder engagement while driving service excellence and continuous improvement. Reporting to the National Director, Education and Training Operations, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and sustainable program outcomes across all states and territories.
**As our Operations Manager - PEP, you'll also**:
lead and support national operational delivery of the PEP Specialist and Post Education programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and participant needs.
overseas program budgets, communications, and administration with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program success and organisational reputation.
provide leadership, guidance, and development to team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive work culture.
Skills & Experience
Strong leadership in program or service delivery
Proven experience managing budgets and teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Background in health or education sectors
