How you will make an impact as an Allied Health Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our dynamic team focused on women's mental health. Your success in this role will be in your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and provide exceptional care across three service areas: inpatient, day program, and outpatient individual therapy.

Join our innovative team as an Allied Health Assistant at Cabrini and become an integral part of this new approach to women's mental health. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering empathetic, respectful, and personalized patient care in a supportive and safe environment that promotes healing and growth.

Key responsibilities- Assist Mental Health Clinicians in preparing and conducting individual and group therapy sessions- Maintain clinical safety throughout all patient interactions.- Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

About you

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant who is passionate about delivering high quality, patient-centred exercise therapy.

You will have- A certificate III in Allied Health Assistant or equivalent- Basic knowledge/understanding of mental health practices and principles- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups independently or in collaboration with others

- Police Record Check- Vaccination requirements
