**Re.Group** are the only Australian company that designs, builds, owns and operates recycling facilities. We operate the largest network of recycling facilities in Australia, with operations in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and the ACT.
**About the Opportunity**:
Our National Reliability Manager will be expected to take the lead by actively promoting Re.Group’s vision and values across the maintenance function and creating a work environment that begins first with safety.
The main focus of this role is on systems, performance and analytics of the plant and equipment. You will need to collaborate and influence all stakeholders across the business to be successful.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Create a work environment that begins first with Safety.
- Lead, coach and mentor the maintenance team in providing a service to the operations department with safety at the forefront of everything you do.
- Support and improve sites through activities aimed at improving the mechanical plant availability.
- Forecast and manage critical equipment rebuilds and repairs.
- Develop and manage inventory spare parts for each site.
- Manage multi-discipline contractors across multiple sites.
- Develop a preventative maintenance program for multiple sites.
**About You**:
With a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, you have sound skills in managing maintenance principals, practices and systems across multiple sites. With a reputation for being approachable and the “go to” for any maintenance needs, you ensure your team are trained and inducted appropriately setting them up for success. Naturally,

**You are an experienced and seasoned maintenance manager looking for the next challenge**. Preferably with a Mechanical Engineering degree, your team will benefit greatly from your leadership experience and collaborative management style from the reliability, engineering or maintenance sectors. Having proven experience in lean manufacturing and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, will contribute to your success.
