**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
As a Master Data Manager, you will be accountable for the creation and maintenance of accurate and compliant material and specification data into SAP a key business area within Bayer Crop Science Australia. You will be technically advanced in configuring SAP Business Planning & Consolidation modules in Production Planning, Materials Management and also Sales and Distribution.

Demonstrating a logical and systematic thinking style, you will understand the complex interdependent relationship flow of data into business systems. Dedicated to delivering a high level of data accuracy, you will see your efforts have direct business impact through multiple stakeholder touchpoints.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:

- Take ownership for the creation and configuration of master data in SAP.
- Create and configure specification master data in the Environment Health and Safety SAP client (OS3) for the generation of packaging material, packaging group, Dangerous Goods and Safety Data Sheet specifications.
- Manage the Life Cycle Management processes for all material and specification master data.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding upgrades, migration and implementation projects.
- Drive continuous improvements processes.
- Manage key SAP administration and approval processes within the MD Community.

**_ Does this sound like you?_**:

- Substantial hands-on experience in the configuration of SAP MM, PP and SD modules.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or a FMCG Supply chain environment, would be highly advantageous.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- A collaborative and clear communication style
- Capability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders - Production, QHSE, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing and Customer services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
