**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver case management, counselling, and advocacy services to individuals facing social and mental health challenges
- Collaborate with community organizations and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
- Empower clients by helping them navigate housing, AOD, domestic violence, and other critical issues
- Adapt your approach to provide flexible, client-led care that makes a lasting difference

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in social work or counselling, with strong case management and community engagement skills
- Deep knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, AOD, domestic violence, housing, and social services
- Relevant qualifications - Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
- Accreditation eligibility - AASW membership (for social workers) or equivalent for counsellors
- Self-motivation and teamwork - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
