**About the Role**:
This role oversees the tracking, implementation, integration and evaluation of a portfolio of strategic projects, initiatives and internal briefs across the Agency. The role ensures that appropriate governance and project management arrangements are established to achieve outcomes and objectives set by the Chief Executive, particularly in relation to the Performance Framework.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic priorities and building those priorities into the Performance Framework.
- Analysing the data and telling the story.
- Analysis of the business and tying back to strategic data.
- Support preparation, management and review of high level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.
- Enable effective implementation of strategic priorities and Performance Framework outcomes.
- Draft advice, insight and dashboards for the Chief Executive and Directorates to better manage and minimise risks to the implementation of strategic objectives of the Chief Executive.
- Conduct research and analysis of future strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Draft implementation of strategies and performance expectations to deliver high quality outcomes and meet agreed performance targets.
- Monitor organisational strategic and corporate planning activities to ensure planning milestones and reporting requirements are satisfied.

**About you**:

- Background in data analytics
- Excellent written communication, analytical and business writing skills with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to quality review a range of material to inform recommendations.
- Highly developed verbal communication and consulting skills, including negotiation, influencing and motivational skills.
- Innovative problem-solving skills for managing conflicting views and developing successful recommendations and advice on policies, strategies and solutions across complex areas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within a network and with diverse stakeholder groups, along with the ability to display tact, confidentiality and confidence in interactions.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
