TASK (The After School Klub) is looking for an HR Advisor to join our Sydney-based team.

In this project-based role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both our leadership team and wider workforce, helping to foster a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture. Your expertise in employee relations, performance management, WHS, and HR compliance will help guide how we support our 200+ passionate team members. What began as a small homework club has evolved into a trusted, community-focused organisation delivering safe, engaging, and enriching Out of School Hours care to children across nearly 33 schools in NSW. **About You**

You’re a seasoned HR generalist with a solid grasp of Australian workplace laws, industrial relations, and WHS legislation. You’re confident providing expert guidance on performance management, employee wellbeing, and workplace safety, while ensuring policies are current, compliant, and aligned with best practice.

To thrive in this role, you will need
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills - you can provide clear, proactive support to managers and employees.
- A deep understanding of HR compliance and employment law - you stay ahead of changes and ensure best practice
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - keeping records accurate and confidential.
- The ability to foster a high-performance, positive workplace culture - you believe in supporting people to do their best work.

Minimum qualification requirement
- Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
