Part Time Workshop Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage a small team of three people, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance and repairs on sold part washer machines.
- Plan and schedule delivery to customs with sold machines.
- Ensure all repairs activities are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in workshop supervision within a workshop environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery repair
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., mechanical, fitter).
Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
