Chambers Recruiting Group is looking for a site supervisor local to the Sunshine Coast. This is for a builder with all of their project jn the area. Their projects are both commercial and residential nature. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive above award rates.

Our client is located on the Sunshine Coast. They are a reputable and well established building company. They are looking for some engaged, motivated and experienced in the industry. You will need to possess top quality leadership skills, but not to worry as you will be working with a great supportive team that are there to assist you in acheive building a great workplace.

**A suitable applicant will posses the following**:

- Valid QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Carpentry Cert/Licence
- White Card
- Driver's Licence and Car
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Team player
- Basic tools could be beneficial for any possible hands on duties (although most of the role will involve supervisory duties)
- Experience in working with a variety of trades, but particularly carpenters, apprentice carpenters, and labourers
- Experience in supervisory roles/positions
- Competency and knowledge in carrying out all building code requirements, OH&S regulations, and general people management practices
- Ability to manage time well, and communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders
- Computer skills will be considered in this role
