Nominated Supervisor

Jolly Kids ELC is a 73-place centre, well equipped with resources and with an amazing outdoor space.

Our team is growing with our enrolments.

We are now looking for a **Centre Director **to be part of this journey at our **Merrylands Centre.**

**What will you do?**

Our Centre Managers are the backbone of our childcare services.
- Bringing your passion for developing and working with children, you will be responsible for managing a team of early education professionals to build the lives of the children and families at our centre.
- You will oversee and work with a team of dedicated teachers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- You will be responsible for supervising and supporting educators with programming and daily duties.

- Dedication towards the learning and development of children;
- Experience managing, coaching and developing employees with a positive outcome.
- May hold a Bachelor degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management and Child Protection Certificate.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willingness to obtain).
