**Responsibilities**:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all patients.
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and organising inventory.
- Process transactions and handle cash register duties accurately.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations.

**About you**:

- High school student or university student
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
