With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.
**So, what's the offer?**
We are looking for a** **Harvest Supervisors to join our team in a Full Time capacity working our Wednesday to Sunday roster.
**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
- Manage the harvest team within your Glasshouse, including supporting in recruitment of new team members, people management functions and labour planning
- Manage and planning of workloads
- Manage the implementation of the labour strategy in line with your Glasshouse picking requirements
- Ensure all picking tasks are completed in the designated time
- Reviewing and reporting on any fruit quality concerns
- Operate a range of plant and equipment the farm
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience within Horticulture
- Ability to lead, manage and instruct a team
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound understanding of OHS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical, problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

You will also be given consistent leadership training and coaching to help support you be the best supervisor you can be.
