**Your Role**:

- Be the right hand of the manager, stepping up to lead when needed.
- Support, motivate, and drive our dedicated workshop team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate in driving our business forward, enhancing operations and performance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A valid, unrestricted manual driver’s license.
- Knowledgeable in WHS and company policies.
- Physically fit and ready to engage.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
- Stellar communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent yet collaborative work style.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Understanding of targets and KPIs.
- Inherent leadership qualities.
- Strong background in the automotive/tyre industry.

**Bonus Points**:

- Light Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate III.
- Advanced communication and computer skills.
- Experience in tyres and wheel alignments.
- A/C qualifications and Safety Certificate certifications.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
