About the job The Social Media and Digital Sales Consultant will focus on growing Popul8IT revenues through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns and seeking digital opportunities for additional service adoption to uplift the customer capability and achieve their digital strategy successfully by analysing data across multiple digital channels. **Responsibilities**: - Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs. - Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle - Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders - Excellent skills with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest and SEO **Qualifications**: - Fluency in English is a must. - Excellent skills with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest and SEO are necessary. - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. - Self-motivated, with a personality to fit an Australian-based culture, flexible in communicating and engaging with our global daily Leads. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close The deal. - Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. - Enter and update customer information in the CRM database. - Receive and process Leads professionally and convert them to actionable quotes. - Act as a Digital delivery lead, working closely with the customers and the development and design teams. - Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. - Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. - Minimum three years of experience in Sales & Social media management. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience with SEO and SEM Strong writing, verbal and collaboration skills
