We’re looking for an individual who can co-ordinate all aspects of front of house operations in the cafe, golf and driving range rotating early morning 6.30am-2.30pm and alternate evening shifts 2.30pm-10.30pm which will include weekends and public holidays.

This is a hands-on role which requires strong management, performance achievement, administration, time management, relationship building, organisation and people development skills.

As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for customer experience and demonstrate a high level of commitment to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers & guests. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

**We’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a customer centric fast past environment.
- Highly regarded, energetic and self-motivated individual who brings creativity and ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- A leader who thrives in developing employees through training & upskilling
- Demonstrate excellent time & resource management skills.
- Use initiative and manage daily workloads to ensure smooth operations of the business.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
