**About the Role**

As a Dispensary Technician, you’ll support our pharmacists in delivering high-quality and safe dispensing services. You’ll play a vital role in helping customers, managing dispensary workflow, and maintaining an efficient and professional pharmacy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with dispensing prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Prepare and pack dose administration aids (e.g., Webster packs)
- Maintain accurate patient and prescription records
- Operate pharmacy systems (FRED)
- Manage dispensary stock - ordering, unpacking, rotation, and storage
- Liaise with customers in a professional and friendly manner, including phone inquiries
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and electronic payments
- Contribute to a clean, organised, and compliant dispensary

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a dispensary setting (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate II or IV in Community Pharmacy (desirable, or willingness to complete)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
