**Join Our Team as a Personal Care Worker / Disability Support Worker**

We are searching for a dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Worker to join our team. This role isn't just a job—it's a calling to support and care for those who need it most. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions, providing care and comfort during AM and PM shifts, to individuals who rely on your kindness and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Your journey with us will be built on a foundation of the right qualifications:
Minimum requirements:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or disability
- A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid and CPR Certification (desirable)
- Minimum of 6-month aged care/disability or relevant healthcare experience (required)
- Must hold a valid Victorian Driver's license and a comprehensive car insurance (required)

You will be offered a full orientation including a meet and greet with the client prior to being rostered for work. This is to ensure that our clients have a choice and control over the care they receive.

You will receive supervision and support of senior members of the team ensuring that you are always supported and subsequent opportunities for upskilling are provided.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.50 - $60.30 per hour
