**How will I help?** Our Enterprise HR Programs team are currently seeking a **Program Lead **to drive outcomes and the delivery of our Employment Obligations. Working with a specialist program team and a range of stakeholders from across the Group, you will define the scope of the Employment Law Obligations Library program to ensure outcomes are achieved and expected benefits are realised. This program of work is already underway and you’ll be required to lead the team and manage key stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution against the plan continues. Key accountabilities include the following: - Managing the program of work to deliver solutions and capabilities that meet business requirements and realise benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality - Monitoring and providing reporting to the GM Sponsor and Steering Committee on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones, deliverables and benefits - Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/or delivery in the project, including challenging and influencing the Sponsor and Steering Committee and stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of program deliverables and benefits. - Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the program. - Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes, for example Program Execution Framework (PgEF), Project Execution Framework methodology (PEFm), Agile Execution Framework (AEF) **What’s in it for you?** This is a high profile and critical program of work for the Group, that will offer the opportunity to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders, as well as delivering meaningful and impactful long term outcomes to improve our compliance and adherence to our employment law obligations. You’ll be working for an organisation that supports development, internal career moves and flexible working. **What do I need?** - Extensive experience as a Program Lead overseeing program's >$5m - Experience with Obligations, risks and controls frameworks (preferred and highly regarded) - Builds relationships & assimilates information quickly - Can lean into complexity and provide simplified solutions - Strong stakeholder management at senior levels - Strong risk management oversight capability - Proven ability to Deliver & Execute against program milestones - Expert communication skills, able to effectively engage a wide variety of audiences at all organisational levels - Capacity to deliver multiple outcomes in very tight timeframes and pressured environment - Proven ability in managing team - Experience in program reporting - Resilience and the ability to pivot in a dynamic environment - Collaborative and One team behaviour **How do I Apply?** Start here.
