**Childcare Trainee - Inner West**

We are located in Annandale and are a team of professional and passionate educators that put the needs of the children in our care first and foremost.

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic educators to join our dedicated team.

Trainees will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst earning a wage and be mentored by a dedicated team of professional educators and trainer.

**To be considered for the Trainee role**:

- Hold no previous qualifications in Early Childhood and have not previously completed a Certificate III or Diploma Traineeship in another area of study.
- Possess a genuine desire to care for and develop children aged 0-6 years.
- Have completed, or be willing to complete a Working With Children Check.

**To be considered for any role**:

- Must have a passion for working with children
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families
- Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios
