A great opportunity to join a market-leading, Australian Retail business, working across a portfolio of household name Fragrance brands, as their new eCommerce Manager. Driving digital growth & manage eCommerce trading activity alongside the Director of Digital, working within a stellar, high-performing team.

**The Role**:
Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising for number of celebrated, adored Australian brands.
You will be part of a new phase of digital development, driving a strong omni-channel customer experience, managing online marketplace relationships and focusing on engagement and loyalty.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- An strong eCommerce trading background, managing activity to achieve and exceed online sales targets
- A demonstrated knowledge of Shopify and the ability to elevate success and drive growth
- Prior experience managing online marketplace relationships would be very advantageous
- The ability to work cross functionally across Digital, CRM, Marketing & Retail, to define a strong brand identity
- Demonstrated experience in online merchandising and the ability to be creative
- Expertise in functionality enhancements & building out solid CRO strategies
- Wider experience in Performance Marketing, devising SEO & SEM strategies and managing Agency partnerships
