**About the Role**

Develop operational manuals to support and enhance the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across the business.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same as Technical Writer you will:

- Procure, write and edit technical content for an operation manual to meet the needs of the new business model.
- Work collaboratively with SMEs (i.e., frontline staff and people leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach to service delivery is applied.
- Design and publish all associated documentation (including online and paper based) to ensure they provide appropriate support for the target audience.
- Ensure all reports and other coordination tools provided to the business are easy to use for managers and provide sound data which is relevant to the audience.
- Champion icare values when making decisions, interacting with all stakeholders and when considering any aspect of the training program

**Skills & Experience**
- Highly developed written communication skills combined with eye for detail and document design.
- Experience in technical content development and document creation.
- Working with Subject Matter Experts.
