**The Role.**

This is a rare opportunity for a tech-savvy Senior Developer looking for a step up, or a passionate, hands-on Web Dev Lead/Manager to join the IT Team (around 30-35 people) and take ownership of all development activities and successful functioning of the mission-critical website and associated platforms/systems.

This includes being a safe pair of hands for any development activities on the core eCommerce product, which includes ticket sales, donations, and food and beverage components:

- Provide technical leadership to the web team through coaching and mentoring
- Collaborate with other IT staff to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the websites
- Passionate about good development best-practice and web standards
- Continuously develop and support the website security and documentation
- Actively engage with external developers or third-party teams when required
- Work collaboratively to coordinate internal and external resources and activities

**Ideal Experience.**
- Solid professional experience in C#.Net language and fundamentals
- The ability to code in React, JavaScript or Typescript would be great
- Experience leading a small team of web developers or a passion for supporting people
- Strong experience developing and maintaining shopping carts/e-commerce platforms
- Experience with OWASP security standards or similar web security
- Pro-active attitude and the ability to adapt to various technologies

**Nice to have.**
- Ability to work in a Microsoft Azure DevOps environment
- Understanding of SQL databases and data relationships
- Experience in working with Agile project methodology
- Understanding of security in a technical web environment
