Pharmacist or Dispensary Technician with

**PHARMACIST OR DISPENSARY TECHNICIAN WITH EXPERIENCE IN A PHARMACY ASSISTANT ROLE - MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**We are looking for an energetic part time Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in our holistic healthcare pharmacy located in North Bondi**

**About the role**

**The successful applicant will support the pharmacists and store by providing exceptional customer service, advice and education on health products.**

**You will be responsible for**:
Delivering exceptional customer service to each and every customer

Giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate

Processing sales and offering add-on products

Marking off and putting away stock

Receiving and entering invoices using the pharmacy software (FRED Office)

Merchandising and maintaining store presentation

Webster Packing

Ability to execute exceptional customer service on a consistent basis

Rapport building skills with customers is essential.

Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.

Knowledge of pharmacy products and practitioner vitamins

Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Flexible hours for the right person, but availability on Wednesday and Friday is preferred
