**The opportunity**
This won’t be another cog in the machine job; you’ll be joining an industry leading business and legendary team, with the ability to make a bold mark and fast-track your career growth. You will be provided with in-depth sales training and development to propel your career and succeed in your dedicated external sales role. With a particular focus on mining and regional sales, you will:

- Build strong relationships with clients, discussing their needs and those of their end consumers, to develop cost effective and vibrant signage solutions.
- Drive sales and develop new business whilst experiencing the personal and professional growth that comes with it.
- Be closely mentored, trained, and supported in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales, and management.
- Become an integral part of our business through selling some of the best-known brands in our industry and working across our range of exceptionally managed client businesses.

**A bit about you**
- You are a recent university graduate with a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- You’re a driven individual that aspires to work in a dynamic client facing environment and always eager to learn new business skills.
- With some sales experience already under your belt, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients - having previously worked within the mining industry would be a bonus. We will also consider more experienced sales professionals if the right fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and a real self-starter; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have a current driver's license.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered in this role.
