As a Clinical Manager at Nexia Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and clinical functions of our services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinical Management**:

- Oversee the clinical operations, ensuring alignment with Nexia Healthcare’s mission, values, and service delivery standards.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and allied health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and improve the quality of clinical services through regular audits, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Act as a clinical lead for case discussions, providing guidance on complex cases when required.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, client flow, and resource management.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize clinic efficiency and patient care pathways.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning in coordination with senior leadership.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support clinic operations.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards, particularly for sensitive client information.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical and operational staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Lead team meetings, providing clear communication on organizational goals and updates.
- Create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing professional growth and innovation in service delivery.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, schools, and community organizations.
- Represent Nexia Healthcare at industry events, promoting the organization’s vision and services.
- Act as a point of contact for feedback from clients and stakeholders, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Degree in psychology, social work, healthcare management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area are highly desirable.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with a professional body (e.g., AHPRA).
- Extensive experience in clinical and operational management within neurodevelopment or mental health services.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in private healthcare settings or organizations specializing in ADHD and mental health.
- Proven track record in operational planning and project management.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
