**Responsibilities**:

- Development of a project plan, basic communications plan and staff guidance material.
- Delivery of a discrete, time limited project to relocate a large volume of electronic scientific and research publications from the environment website to an alternate platform, working with the external communications team to update the environment website with relevant links to allow publications to remain discoverable to various audiences and end users.
- Communication with staff across the Science, Economics & Insights Division to ensure key publications are retained and stored so that they are accessible and meet the business need.
- Undertake customer-centric communication and content design, development and quality review, to

deliver quality content that reflect the department corporate identity and achieves objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of content and communication strategies, standards, guidelines and services to deliver business and promotional activities across multiple channels.
- Produce communication that meets content, design, delivery and brand standards and requirements, while prioritising customer needs and providing enhanced access, experiences and services.
- Manage digital systems to deliver content that is optimised for delivery interface/s, information architectures, discoverability and accessibility.
- Maintain a collaborative, customer-focused culture that identifies and responds to stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Coordinate project management systems and processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with relevant governance policies, practices and statutory requirements.
- Establish effective working relationships and communication with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers for collaborative engagement in both government and partner initiatives
- Government experience is ideal._
