Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region.

The new state of the art facility includes:

- more operating theatres and recovery spaces
- expanded emergency department
- enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
- enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
- new interventional cardiology service
- new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service

**About the role**

In this role you are required to provide a 24-hour Security Service ensuring the safety of staff, patients and visitors as well as the protection of assets. Security staff have a duty of care to all patients, staff and visitors to the hospital and related sites and are required to participate in crime prevention, deterrence initiatives and risk minimisation strategies.
