**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and offer strategic hiring recommendations.
- Ensure timely and precise completion of all onboarding procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager with additional projects as needed.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in the Retail sector.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with staff, managers and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details and ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
