**Location**: Brisbane Sports Institute, is delivering a 2 week primary school GoSwim program in Indooripilly, Qld.

Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for Swim Instructors with the Brisbane Sports Institute. The Swim Instructors will be responsible for providing swim lessons, instruction in swimming, aquatics, promoting water safety and teaching proper swimming techniques to primary school aged students.

**Qualifications**:
Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons skills

Australian Swim teaching accreditation (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)

Current Blue Card

Experience in Swimming and Aquatics

Ability to work well with children and maintain a safe swimming environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

First Aid and CPR certification

Previous experience in swim instruction or coaching is a plus

**Session Details**:
Monday - Fridays

Between 9am - 3pm

1 - 3 hour sessions.

**Successful Applicants Will Have**:

- Australian Swim teaching accreditation (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Interest in working with children
- High-level communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
