François Mambourin is scheduled to open this September, with construction well underway. We hold the flagship tenancy in the new shopping precinct of Mambourin Marketplace, which is only a stone throw from Werribee. Situated right at the entrance of the shopping complex and with a total of 60 seats including alfresco dining, Mambourin will join our other existing venues at Westfield Fountain Gate and Eastland Shopping Town. Our Mambourin location will be the first with a kitchen, offering a European-influenced brunch menu, a takeaway baguetterie, curated cocktails and last but not least, award-winning specialty coffee

We are seeking a highly skilled and Café Manager to lead the team and all venue operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader, who has a proven ability to run an operation effectively and also work alongside the owners and the head chef to shape up the venue to become a destination in the area

**What We’re Looking For**

A hospitality leader with 2+ years in senior leadership

Proven experience in leading a team to success

Passion for being hospitable

Confident communicator with strong leadership presence

High standards in quality, consistency and presentation

Experience in front of house management, menu development, compliance and cost control

Advanced barista skills with latte art (essential)

Predominantly daytime hours, weekend availability essential

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
