**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Retail Store Manager** to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. As the Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead the team to meet sales goals, and ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to achieve business targets.
- Advising about and selling suitable products as per customers' needs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including training, rostering, and performance management.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, promotion and sales strategies to drive store profitability.
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate stocktakes, and manage inventory control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Ensure the store's visual presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness are maintained according to company standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales reports, and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and store banking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations.

**About You**:

- Qualification of at least Bachelor's degree in business and accounting.
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in retail management, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store profitability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
