**Warehouse Supervisor - High Reach Forklift Required**
**Location**: U4/17 Watsford Road, Campbelltown, NSW 2560

**Hours**: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm | **Pay: $38/hr + staff discounts**

Cosmopolitan Living is a fast-growing Australian furniture retailer. We are seeking a **hands-on Warehouse Supervisor** with **high reach forklift experience** to lead our warehouse operations and team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, put away, picking, wrapping, loading, and dispatch.
- Oversee inbound container unloading and stock put away within deadlines.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory control through regular cycle counts.
- Operate **high reach forklifts** and pallet jacks when required.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small warehouse team.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- **Current forklift licence - MUST be confident operating high reach forklifts.**:

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Safety-first attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Experience in bulky goods/furniture handling preferred.
