Requirements for Tradesman Role

We're looking for you to join our award-winning team and grow the business together with great learning opportunities and wide exposure to excel your skills.
- You need to own a vehicle to travel to work and have a valid drivers license
- Responsible for your work & be willing to produce quality work

**Experience**
- Minimal 2-3 years of working experience is required.
- You must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, and love to work with a fun, dynamic, and award-winning team.

Your Role

Most of the work that you will be involved in will be throughout the northern suburbs of Sydney.

You will work in a team that is passionate, client-first, dedicated and we expect you to work as a team to deliver the best results for our clients.
- Working on the tools
- Organising staff on site
- Communicating between designers and clients
- Budget control and allocations
- Work planning
- Running efficient, well-managed job sites
- Managing projects
