Job Title: Retail Naturopath & Wellness Consultant

Location: Rosebud Health Store

Are you a results-driven Naturopath with a passion for customer service and sales in a retail setting? Rosebud Health Store is searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Naturopath, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our store.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer-Centric Wellness Consultations:

- Conduct in-depth wellness consultations with a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing customers' health needs and aspirations.
- Tailor naturopathic plans that not only prioritize well-being but also align with our customers' preferences.

2. Retail-Focused Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offer recommendations, and address concerns.

3. Sales and Referrals:

- Seamlessly integrate product recommendations into wellness consultations to drive retail sales.
- Collaborate with specialists in the store and confidently refer customers to other wellness modalities and programs available.

4. Educational Selling:

- Educate customers on the benefits of natural health solutions, supplements, and lifestyle changes, emphasizing the value they bring to their lives.
- Use effective selling techniques to enhance customer understanding and encourage product adoption.

5. Active Participation in Store Programs:

- Actively promote and participate in store-wide wellness programs, including detox programs, juice fasting, and 30-day wellness challenges, with a focus on driving customer engagement and sales.

6. Record-Keeping and Follow-Up:

- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, preferences, and purchases.
- Follow up with customers to provide ongoing support, fostering long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Accredited degree in Naturopathy or related field.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passion for holistic health with a customer-centric mindset.
